He is certified Independent Director, Certified leadership coach, a highly influential blogger Leadership development expert and also a much sought-after TED x motivational speaker. He is Certified Corporate social responsibility professional. He authored a book on personal leadership development titled, “Welcome to Success, Farewell to Failure”. And “Be a Leader not a Follower” for people leaders. He also authored book on story telling titled “Bring your story to life with 10 C’s structure”. He also wrote “a Management Poetry handbook” a collection of powerful management poems. He has published several articles, blogs, vlogs and papers on human resource management, learning and development, leadership, employee engagement, change management, employee relations in various national and international management journals and magazines.

His poems on management and a wide variety of subjects have also been published. He is a recipient of several national and global awards.
