Dr. Meenu Dhiman is an adjunct professor with Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, the first skill university in India. She creates and edits videos for the university’s YouTube channel. She also has a YouTube channel of her own Soulcleansing11, which empowers viewers on healing from childhood traumas, narcissism and co-dependency. She guides her viewers to self-heal, build and maintain healthy relationships. She completed her graduation from Pune University and went on to complete her master’s degree in Business management from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. During her teaching tenure with ICFAI business school, she did her doctorate in management from Punjabi University Patiala. She has published several research papers and case studies before joining the State Government skill departments in Punjab and then Haryana.
In her professional life, spanning over 20 years, Dr. Meenu Dhiman worked in various educational institutions including ICFAI business school as a professor for almost 13 years, teaching and training budding MBA students in subjects such as marketing management, services marketing, advertising management and consumer behaviour.
In her tenure with State Government, she conceptualized the Inspection Department for Haryana Skill Development Mission. She drafted the monitoring manual for the department in addition to pioneering the department’s activities successfully. She was awarded and recognized for her contributions to the Haryana skilling department’s inspection domain by Honourable Manohar Lal Khattar, the chief minister of Haryana, in 2019. She also received the Nari Shakti Sammaan (Highest civilian award) in recognition and appreciation for being an educated, established and empowered woman.
She also had a brief stint as a consultant with the United Nations Development Programme. She is a Haryanvi by birth and is the first accomplished woman in her family lineage to obtain a doctorate degree.
