Gayatri is a professional artist and educating young children with a dash of creativity was a new horizon for her.
As she moved on with her passion for education, she attended seminars, workshops and courses on child development, audiology and speech therapy, curriculum design, effective communication, first aid, and emergency medicine. This helped her to understand the requirements of children in a more profound way.
In 2012 and 2015, she set-up a day care centre and two schools where she served as a principal and later as a dean. She designed curricula for three preschools and has innovated and revolutionised a novel way of writing the report cards; the ‘Child’s Intelligence Profile’ with a vision of creating a responsive education system.
Presently, she conducts seminars for educators and parents of differently abled children.
