Joshy Thomas, in his two decades of experience as an HRD professional has touched the lives of more than 60,000 people through his high energy training programs. He has worked with corporates, educational and Government institutions, Universities and NGOs.
As Deputy Director, Don Bosco Institute of Management, Guwahati, he initiated a new trajectory in learning that was immersive, inspiring and futuristic. He joined Hyundai Motor India Ltd. in 2007 and he currently heads the Behavioural Training in Hyundai.
He is a first rank holder in BSc from North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong and a rank holder and Gold Medalist in MBA from Assam Institute of Management, Guwahati. He has completed a six year program in Philosophy and Theology from colleges affiliated to Salesian Pontifical University, Rome.
As a certified faculty for Leadership, Core Values, DEI, Job Competency and Behavioral programs, he is a maverick when it comes to HRD and is known for his lightning and result oriented programs. He is a popular speaker and leadership coach who delivers lectures on various topics at premier business schools and HR forums across the country.
His first book ‘Salt and Light: A Leader on a Pilgrimage’ is popular among the leaders and has become one of the most sought after books on leadership.
