Dr. Rajshekhar Yelikar is an educator, mentor, and motivational speaker. His area of specialisation is financial management. He has served as the Director at various business schools in India and as Finance and Accounts Officer at Solapur University. He served as HoD (MBA. Department) at HNCC, Solapur, for over 25 years and mentored thousands of students, who are successful professionals in India and abroad. He has a Ph D in Capital Markets and has guided several Ph D students. As a SEBI certified resource person, he conducted several workshops on Financial Education for non-finance audiences. He was instrumental in developing a holistic system for institute-industry interaction. Rajshekhar has published books and research papers at national and international fora. His notable published works include “ A Vibrant Decade in Indian Capital Market “ based on his research work for Ph D. He attended Rotary International Conventions in Thailand and visited various universities in Italy in 2012.
