She has written so far on more than 32 law titles with approximately 15 editions of each title like Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, Development Control Rules, Assessment of Property Taxes, Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, Slum Act, Mumbai Metropolitan Regional Development Act, Bombay Stamp Act, Octroi, Local Body Tax, Town Planning and Redevelopment, Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, Right to Information Act, Bombay Rent Act, Bombay Provincial Corporation Act, Mediation, etc.
She is also a certified mediator.
