Rajendra P. Mamgain

Rajendra P. Mamgain is a development economist having over three decades of research and teaching experience. With 30 policy oriented research studies to his credit, Dr. Mamgain has authored/co-authored 11 books and published more than 60 research papers in various national and internationals journals of repute.

At present he is Professor of Economics and Head, Department of Economics, School of Social Sciences, Doon University, Dehradun. Prior to this he was Chair Professor of prestigious S.R. Sankaran Chair (Rural Labour) at National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Hyderabad (Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India). He has been a consultant to various national and international organizations.

Dr. Mamgain has been a member of various policy advisory bodies of reputed institutions in India and foreign countries

K.V. Raju

K.V. Raju is Professor Emeritus and Dean, Research at Chanakya University, Bengaluru, India. He has experience in conceptualizing and developing strategy documents, followed by action plans for large scale strategic interventions for infrastructure, natural resources management, primary and secondary sector development and livelihood improvement. He has experience in working as the Economic Advisor to the Chief Minister, Government of Karnataka, and as Economic Advisor to the Chief Minister, Government of Uttar Pradesh. He has published 24 books and 102 journal papers.

Jyotishree Pandey
