Vishal Malik is a corporate professional with 25 years of experience in the management consulting and knowledge services industry. Vishal worked with McKinsey & Company for 21 years, where he held a diverse set of responsibilities. In his last role, he was the Director of Operations and Administration for McKinsey and Company in India.

An institution builder with experience in setting up and managing global consulting and research teams, Vishal has a multifaceted personality. A singer, music composer, songwriter, and YouTuber, Vishal has lent his voice to several radio/TV jingles besides representing India in an international music concert in Russia called the ‘Voice of Asia’. Vishal has produced his two original singles that are now available on all streaming platforms.

A TEDx speaker, Vishal, has also conceptualized ‘Leadership Jams’, which are unique management and leadership development workshops blended with music. He has been conducting these innovative workshops for corporates, industry forums, and educational institutions since 2017. Rakhee Malik is a human resource professional with over 25 years of experience in leading the people function for large organizations. Currently, she is the Director of Human resources for Kearney, India. Prior to Kearney, Rakhee has worked with preeminent organizations like McKinsey & Company, WNS and Gujarat Heavy Chemicals limited. Rakhee also serves on the board for Kearney’s India entity and Cervello India.

An eminent speaker at industry forums and educational institutions, Rakhee is often invited to share her thinking on Woman Leadership and Diversity. Rakhee also serves as the chairperson of the National mentorship program for the Young Leaders Council (YLC) of the All India Management Association (AIMA), the apex body of management in India. She has received several awards, which include Women Super Achiever Award by the World HRD Congress in 2016, Most Influential HR Leader in 2017, Exceptional Women of Excellence by Women Economic Forum (WEF) in 2017 and Iconic Women Creating a Better World for All by WEF in 2020.

Rakhee is a Neurolinguistic practitioner, an Innermost life shift coach and a certified MBTI trainer. Mother to a teenage daughter, Anesya, and a four-legged furry boy, Elvis, Rakhee is an avid reader and a passionate animal lover who loves to spend time with her family and her furry babies.
