VK Bahuguna aged 66 (Born 24th September 1954), is a former Member of Indian Forest Service (IFS). He served under the Central as well as State governments in various capacities. He was Director-General of the Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education and Chancellor of Forest Research Institute (Deemed) University, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India during May 2011 to June 2013.
