Dr. Sanjay Agal is a distinguished academician, seasoned researcher, and visionary leader in the field of artificial intelligence and engineering education. With over two decades of experience spanning teaching, research, and academic administration, Dr. Agal has dedicated his career to advancing knowledge and empowering future technologists.
Currently serving as Professor and Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Parul University, Vadodara, India, Dr. Agal is at the forefront of shaping academic programs and fostering innovation in AI-driven disciplines. Prior to this, he held the prestigious position of Principal at Dr. V.R. Godhania College of Engineering & Technology in Porbandar, where he led strategic initiatives to elevate academic standards and research culture.
In 2023, his expertise and leadership were formally recognized with an endorsement from Gujarat Technological University (GTU) for the role of Principal, highlighting his credibility and trust within the academic community.
Dr. Agal’s contributions to the field are both deep and diverse.
