Aufie Zophy, @ Hans Van Rostenberghe is a Belgian Medical Doctor who has been working as a professor and neonatologist in a large university hospital in Malaysia. He has been active in research, mainly exploring creative ways to improve patient care. He has chaired the University’s human research ethics committee for up to ten years.

He considers himself a family man and nature lover. He has a keen interest in psychology and has successfully applied its principles in clinical medicine, counseling and student mentoring. He is a reader of philosophy and reflects regularly on the big and small truths of life.

He started writing poetry in 2010 and has put his experiences and ideas in melodious verses on the internet. His pen name is Aufie Zophy. He also maintains multiple blogs with essays and comments on what happens in the world and in his life and the thoughts and wisdom he is gathering from that. His main blog is called soul sprinkles.
