Dr. Dinesh G. Harkut, Professor & Head of Computer Science and Engineering at PRMCEAM, Badnera, holds dual Ph.D.s in Computer Science and Business Administration, with extensive research in AI, Big Data, Embedded Systems, and E-Commerce.
