Poetry has always been the simplest form of expressing emotions for me. As a teenager I began writing poetry influenced by nature, love, art, travel, knowledge etc. Through the course of the book, a difference in scheme of representation will be observed as these poems have been written through various transformative phases of my personal growth.
My primary focus has always been to be able to delineate as many emotions as possible, so masses from all walks of life will be able to relate, which I hope you find is a safe thing to say after you’ve read all the contents in this book. To be bold, without reflecting biasedness is my foremost aim.
After having presented my work on social platforms on manifold occasions, I wish for it to extend to as many readers and poetry lovers as possible. And as a step in that direction, I bring forward to you, Hushed Aches

Saina Sofi was born on the beautiful day 04 July in 2004 at New Delhi, later she got settled in Jammu and Kashmir with her parents. Saina is a calm and sorted girl who is studying in 12th grade in Kashmir. She has plenty of friends yet she only choses to get Addicted to story books and poetries. Growing up, she was inspired by the authors for making interesting stories and poems and this led to some early exposure to reading since she was drawn to stories. Later Saina developed a passion for ideas and started to write poems. She challenged herself for this Passion. Saina made a book of poems and guess what you are going to read that now!
