In the Name of Love and God has a mystical quality with the poems centering around life, love, death, friendship, spirituality and present a different perspective towards life, sometimes seen as rebellion. Varsha Khangwal is a civil servant working in the Government of Haryana. She is a postgraduate in History from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and was awarded the gold medal for securing the first rank in MA. She was selected to Haryana Civil Services in 2004 and again topped her batch. She has served in various capacities, her most important assignments being those in the departments of Education, Agriculture, Social Welfare, Tourism and Information and Public Relations in Haryana and Chandigarh Administration. Her husband too is a civil servant. She has two children and lives in Panchkula
