Pragya Prasun is a poet who writes from felt emotions turning silence into language and pain into pages. She began writing as a way to survive emotions that had nowhere else to go, and over time, those private notes grew into poetry.
Balancing a full-time career alongside postgraduate studies, Pragya writes in stolen moments between responsibilities, deadlines, and quiet nights. Her work explores mental health, childhood wounds, broken homes, womanhood, and the fragile strength it takes to keep showing up every day.
She believes poetry does not need to be perfect to be powerful. It only needs to be honest.
