Dr. Giftsy Dorcas E., hails from Tamil Nadu and works as an English faculty at Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous), Bengaluru. She has a doctoral degree in English Literature. Her areas of interest include Emotional Intelligence, Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and Diasporic Writing. She is a published writer. Her poems are part of 75 plus anthologies, including seven National Record holding books. Her notable roles include: co-author of Word Warriors: A Book of Poetry (2018); co-editor of the books Phonetics Exercise Handbook (2023) and Trending Research Concern (2023); editor of Pens & Pupils (2023) and compiler of Riparian Reveries (2021), Cakes and Carols (2021) and Red Wine (2021).
