Adwin Jose P is a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at E.G.S. Pillay Engineering College in Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu. He also worked as an Editor and Subject Expert in Chemistry at Work Forster Chennai, further demonstrating his expertise in the field of Chemistry. Adwin earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Alagappa University in Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, and his Master of Science degree from Bharathidasan University in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. He also holds a Master of Philosophy degree, which he completed in 2012, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Chemistry, which he earned from Bharathiar University in Coimbatore in 2020. Adwin has published 13 research papers in SCI-listed international journals, demonstrating his research excellence and contribution to the scientific community. He has also attended various national and international conferences, workshops, seminars, and webinars to keep himself up to date with the latest developments in Chemistry.
Adwin's commitment to sustainable development is also noteworthy. He has designed and implemented a comprehensive plan to improve the quality of human life and protect the environment by focusing on tree planting, soil quality improvement, and water holding capacity of soil. To this end, he has planted over 10,000 trees in the Western Ghats, located at the southern tip of the Indian peninsula in Kanyakumari district. His efforts are aimed at increasing the forest cover in the region, enhancing soil quality, and improving water retention, all of which have significant positive impacts on the environment and human life.
In addition to his research and teaching activities, Adwin has also authored three research books and two academic books, which have been published in national-level publications. He has a total of 10 years of teaching experience and 12 years of research experience in various academic institutions in India, making him a highly qualified and accomplished scholar in the field of Chemistry.
