Dr. Rajasekaran V is a Senior Assistant Professor in the School of Social Sciences and Languages at Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. He is the recipient of IATEFL Scholarship to attend the 52nd IATEFL International Conference at Brighton, UK during April 2018 and recipient of TESOL Travel grant to attend TESOL International Convention and Expo at Atlanda, Georgia, USA during March 2019. 

He has visited many countries, including England, Scotland, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Oman, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Srilanka. He has delivered keynote addresses in International conferences held in India, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. He holds an MA (English), an M.Sc (Psychology), an M.Phil (ELT) and PhD in Linguistics. He is a seasoned teacher, researcher and administrator with two-decade experience. He has served in almost all capacities in academic and administrative cadres particularly as Assistant Director, HoD, BoS Member of various institutions, Editorial Board member of many International Journals. He is the Cambridge University BEC Speaking Examiner.

His research acumen can be best understood with his impressive track record of 70 publications, including 4 books, 5 book chapters, 18 papers in Scopus indexed Journals and 20 papers in other International journals. He has participated in 26 International Conferences, 8 National Conferences, 10 seminars and 19 workshops. He is the most sought resource person, and he has delivered around 100 invited talks. He strongly believes that Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is his USP.
