The author is an Orissa Administrative Service Officer who has rendered 18 years of services to the Government of Odisha and had been conferred with few awards, namely Best Panchayat Samiti, Boudh of Odisha in the year of 2017-18 in the National Panchayat Awards of Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India, while working as Block Development Officer, Boudh, Best 2nd Zilla Panchayat of Odisha in the Biju Pattanaik Panchayat Sasaktikaran Puraskar, 2023, while working as Chief Development Officer-cum-Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Subarnapur, Odisha. In these duration of 18 years, the author has interacted with thousands of souls in their struggles of life. The smile on the lips of the happy and contented soul after receiving the desired services of the government has given tremendous joys and satisfaction to the author. This attempt at poetry by the author is an exploration of another dimension of life in rendering the true joys and happiness to the readers.
