This activity book is an initiative, inspired by the National Education Policy 2020 (India), to promote a complete cycle of Life Skill Development course through a single integrated program. The course content is aligned to the Maslow’s hierarchy of human needs while keeping in mind the three most important trends of 21st Century Skills:
1. Reasoning Skill/(Analytical skill) 2. Soft Skill 3. Creative Skill
Integrated Life Skills offers 6 levels of skill development program, focusing on Employability Skills and Well Being based lessons from foundation level. In each level there are 2 modules and in each module there are more than 100 activities. Level 1 of Integrated Life Skills deals with the Expansion of Inner Core of the young children through their intellectual, emotional and physical growth.
Children can explore a wide variety of activities and can learn how to put their learning into practice. Step by step guidance, gamification approach and colorful images will help them to learn new skills with fun, visualize new concepts while retaining their knowledge through active participation and involvement.

Payel Basu is an evolved educationalist, life skill coach and a humanist to the core. She is a techno-commercial professional and Co-founder of Enjoyers Skill Development Institute. She is driven by her passion to train the young community with skills and knowledge that is more practical, creates real value and enhances their employability in the future. Payel holds a bachelor degree in Engineering from Jadavpur University, India, with Masters in Business Administration (MDI Gurgaon and EACP EAP-European School of Business). She is also a certified NLP practitioner (accredited by CPD, UK) and holds Senior Diploma in Fine Arts from All India Fine Arts Association.
Prior to venturing into skill development coaching, she has worked more than two decades with different public and private sector organizations in India, Oman and UAE. Being an active member of the employee training and development program of different
organizations she has taken a pioneering approach to impart on job trainings (both technical and managerial) to young employees and staff at corporate and field. In her personal life she is passionate about art, travelling, reading, writing and community work.
