Ar. Shahdad Karim is an accomplished architect, author, and educator with over two decades of experience in the field of architecture and construction management. He graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum (CET), University of Kerala, and went on to pursue his Post Graduation in Construction Management from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), Pune. He also holds a Diploma in Project Management from TAFE, Australia.
Throughout his career, Ar. Shahdad Karim has worked on a wide range of architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. He has also served as a consultant for various real estate and construction companies, providing expert advice on land acquisition, development, and project management.
As an author, Ar. Shahdad Karim has written several articles and books on architecture and construction management. His extensive knowledge and expertise in the field have made him a sought-after speaker and lecturer, and he has conducted numerous workshops and training programs for architects, engineers, and construction professionals.
He is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) and a member of various professional organizations in the field of architecture and construction management. Early in his career, he had been a faculty member of the Department of Architecture and Planning in the National Institute of Technology, Calicut and a research scholar at the Department of Architecture in the National University of Singapore. He also served as an executive committee member of the Indian Institute of Architects, Kerala Chapter.
