Dr. Sonia Gupta
Dr. Sonia Gupta is a dentist near Chandigarh from India. She is a trilingual poetess writing in English, Hindi and Punjabi languages. She is an established author of six English and two Hindi independent poetry books. Her poems, stories, articles are placed in number of anthologies, magazines and newspapers in all three languages. She has been awarded with many prizes in literary contests organized by various platforms. She has won gold and silver medal in a poetic world cup in 2018, Prasanna Jenn Memorial Award 2018” by Asian Literary Society, 5th rank in international essay contest organized by literary society and many more. Her poetry and writings reflect her closeness and deep love for nature, life and spirituality. Besides poetry, she is fond of paintings, singing, cooking, knitting, designing, stitching and embroidery. Her many scientific papers are published in indexed international and national journals of her own professional field. She is also working as a reviewer of various journals. She has also written two text books on her subject of specialization in dentistry, which is under publication process. Along with her profession she is enjoying her passion too.
