Rhythm of a Lawyer the verse of judgments

Author Name: Divyadarshan Panigrahi | Format: Paperback | Genre : Poetry | Other Details

Courts play the protagonist character every time to decode the disputes. While decoding or passing suitable judgement, it makes the nation's backbone stronger and more protective. This country is tied with many acts, bills, amendments, laws, systems, politics, upheavals, callousness, researches, struggles etc. From several grounds different types of circumstances take place. These circumstances figure out the problem, then there we try to solve the problem, to solve the problem we approach the court, where court inquisitively tries to untangle the tangled cases. Further, it helps the future of the nation by disentangle the complicated cases, which may again arise relating to the same case or something similar to the case but it will not render bigger tedious burden to the courts during passing of the judgements.

There are several highlighted judgements, out of which I carried out some landmark judgements and shaped them into a poetic form, which we need to know and imbibe it as a citizen. Due to shortage of time and difficulties in understanding, we became bereft to know all about the important judgements. So, I tried to make it easier and I added some important portion of judgements, where it can be understood briskly.

Therefore, as an author/poet I tried my best by changing the incarnation of some judgements into poems. I hope my work and assiduity for this book will provide some knowledge to my readers and they will take some interest in it.
