TECHNIQUES OF BREATHING MECHANICS OF RESPIRATION

Author Name: Mr. Sanwar Mal Mishra | Format: Paperback | Genre : Young Adult Nonfiction | Other Details

Since oxygen is our main source of life, and exhalation is the main way to expel toxins from our bodies. Therefore poor breathing can contribute many health problems.

When we do not breathe properly, it affects our blood circulatory system, too. The blood vessels tend to constrict, narrowing down the pathway for the blood. This ultimately compels the blood to work harder and the blood pressure increase to pass through the narrowed vessels. Consequently, we may suffer from high blood pressure rate and heart problems.

Meditation is truly a balm to soothe our tired minds and bodies in this chaotic world. However, the soul never tires, the soul is forever.

Breath Meditation is the direct way to dissolve karma and be free. Patanjali and Vyasa explain that karma not only binds us to material binding, it also impels us to create even more karma–and more bondage–in a self-perpetuating cycle. But by Breath Meditation the karma becomes powerless, and moment by moment gets destroyed. That means, the karmic seeds are roasted and rendered incapable of creating future bondage or births and are ultimately completely annihilated. The more we do meditation, the more karma is dissolved. A divine chapter is added to this title on the subject of the life-force known as breathe of life.
