Salabha Krishnan H, born on 21st May 2006 in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, is a class 7 student studying in Arya Central School. Her interest in poetry started at the age of 8. She used to scribble in her notebooks and other diaries which were not taken seriously till last year when it was noticed that the numbers had gone up to more than 30 poems.
Her first book, Blooming Flower, a collection of 30 poems, was released in February 2018. It was self-published with no idea of sales, where the aim was to ensure her efforts are noticed in her close circle. Salabha is the great-granddaughter of Prof. M. Krishna Nair, an eminent Malayalam writer, literary critic, orator and the winner of B. D. Goenka award in 1979.
