This book is a collection of easy-to-follow recipes that feature potatoes as the main ingredient. While some of the dishes might be familiar to readers, I ensure that each recipe is made with the freshest, seasonally available ingredients, preferably sourced from local producers. Additionally, I only use minimal spices to enhance the natural flavours of the ingredients.
Potatoes for me are one of the most versatile vegetables and are affordable, making them an excellent choice for anyone.
