Masrat Shahana
Masrat Shahana, a 22 years old girl who had a dream of being an author at the age of 10.Many circumstances put me down many a times but my friends always encouraged me to write. I was overwhelmed when one of my Poetries was read by my classmates Amtul Aziz, Nusrat and Afra on the occasion of children's day which completely amazed my professor. She was delighted to read my write up and asked me to continue my passion. The day when my father expired I took an oath that Mr. and Mrs Mashaq will be really proud of me. I constantly kept on working on my poetry. I even started working as an English teacher which further fuelled my spirit towards poetry. I was been awarded in literature, after which my principal Dr. Tanveer Jamal from THE CITY ACADEMY school where I was working as an teacher honoured and felicitated me for the award. I was even encouraged by my best colleagues Ms. Shagufta Jabeen , Mrs. Azra and my siblings!
