Integrating Art in Learning is not a new concept, it has been practicing in education since time immemorial, when a teacher gives a student few colour pencils to draw or colour, it is not just meant to keep the student engaged but it also involves as a learning process. Art is also seen as a therapy and hobby. It helps us to break the usual monotonous rote memorization to a more creative form of thinking. It helps every student to think beyond stagnation towards imagination. Integrating Art in Learning gained prominence in STEAM education (Science Technology Engineering Arts and Mathematics). Today classrooms need to provide opportunities for divergent thinking and Art provides the canvass of thoughts and creativity.
