“Jab pahli nazar usko dekha to mai khoshboo sa mahak utha,
Sharad ritu me dhoop khili ho, mai cheediyo sa chahak utha,
Wo jab tak mere sath rahi,ye sara zamana sath rha,
Dariya thi gahri wo magar mujhe doobne ka yehsas rha,
Uski gahri aankho me, ab doobta aur ubrta hoo,
Ek pal me mai hus deta hoo,ek pal me khud me marta hoo,
Har saans me hai yehsas tera, khud ko kho kar tujhe paata hoo,
Yaado ki ek pahar me chaaro pahar ghoom kar aata hoo”

Dinesh Rai
Born in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh, Dinesh Rai has always been passionate about literature. Right from an early age, he was involved in various cultural activities. His penchant for poetry recital helped him win numerous awards.
After completing his post-graduation (Msc) from Chandrasekhar Azad University at Kanpur in 2007, he has been working as a corporate trainer in a safety company.
Ishq Zara Sa is Rai’s first book. He also actively writes stories and poetry.
