Awareness of the present moment, or living in the present, is a deep human quest. A quest that has sparked a lot of interest in recent times, its meaning is likely to vary from person to person depending on his or her experience and experience. As a rule, the phrase is meant to separate one's psyche from its constant distraction with the past or future, and to meet a closeness such as a sense of flexibility and inner peace while doing what needs to be done right now.
