This book entitled “Millets: The Miracle of Nature” is the result of an initiative taken by educational YouTube Channel ‘Dietitian Ki Salah’ and a non-profit organization ‘Jeevan Asheesh Sameeti’ Kota, Rajasthan. Essays related to millets are compiled in this book to aware common people about different prospects of millets (Shri Anna) and why their consumption provides therapeutic advantages to the individuals. This knowledge can be proved very helpful to upgrade their quality of life by utilizing it in their day today life.

Dr. Khushboo Gupta: She is actively involved in community activities especially those concerned with self-employment, health, wellness, optimum nutrition & how to improve quality of life of a person & family. She is the keynote speaker & founder of YouTube channel “Dietitian Ki Salah” via she provides education of optimum health, wellness & nutrition to masses. She has published more than 30 research papers in reputed national & international journals; 5 book chapters in different edited books, news paper & magazine articles related to health, nutrition & new food product formulation. Authored one book on elderly nutrition; edited eight books related to community science, food science & nutrition, issues with girls for upliftment of the society. She presented her research work in more than 25 national & international conferences. Her primarily research area is food processing, entrepreneurial skill Inculcation & geriatric nutrition. The patent office, Government of India has granted a patent to Dr. Khushboo for her research on food formulation using RSM.
Dr. Praveen Katiyar: He [MBBS, Ph.D., MBA (Health Care Management)] is currently the Chief Proctor of CSJM University, Kanpur. He has been the Director of the University Institute of Health Sciences, CSJM University, Kanpur. He is actively involved in teaching, research & Social Welfare activities. He has been awarded various prestigious awards and fellowships. He has been Vice President, Zone-03, Editor, Journal of IMA UP & graced other posts in IMA UP State.
Dr. Sumitra Meena: Dr Sumitra Meena is an assistant professor in the department of Food Science & nutrition College of Community and Applied Sciences, MPUAT, Udaipur, Rajasthan. She writes six book chapter, fifteen popular articles in different magazines & ten research papers in National & international journals. She has actively participated & presented various paper in various National & international workshop seminar & conferences, she also contributed to develop range of booklets, folders & study materials.
Dr. Kirti Mani Tripathi: She is working as Subject Matter Specialist/ Asst Prof (Home Science) at KVK, Bulandshahr under Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture & Technology, Meerut. She has been accredited with Young scientist award, best mobilizer award & many more. She has got 23 research papers in national & international journals, more than 50 popular articles in reputed magazines. She keenly works with rural women.
