This book will serve as a revision book for aspiring medical entrance students. Definitions and explanations of around 1900 words in biology are given all in an alphabetical order for each chapter. This book is also profusely illustrated. This book follows the NEET syllabus.

The author Dr. Jose Kudakasseril is at present teaching at Brilliant Study Centre, in Pala, Kerala. Dr. Jose Kudakasseril is a scientist and a teacher. He took his doctoral degree in Botany from the University of New Hampshire, USA. His post doctoral research was done at the University of Minnesota, USA. He has taught at various institutions such as Kenyon College, Ohio, USA and K.C College, Mumbai. He has worked at the Unilever Research Centre in Mumbai and at the Central Food Technological Research Institute in Mysore, India.
