Wulla Linggi

Wulla Linggi, also known by the name RYO (pronounced Rio), is a poet and writer from the Mishmi Hills, belonging to the Idu Mishmi tribe of Arunachal Pradesh.

At the age of 20, she completed her B.A. (Hons.) in English in 2025 from Saint Claret College, Ziro. Her poems are bilingual in nature, written in both Hindi and English.

Her other published works include the anthology Know Yourself First (2022), written under the guidance of Sir Eshwar Sundaresan.

Her writing reflects a keen interest in the psychological experiences of individuals affected by age-related transitions, societal pressures, and family expectations.
