Dhruv, a 17 year old boy, recently shifted to Gurgaon from Lucknow. He gets to know about the town through his friends and gets involved in some illegal activities on the streets of Delhi. Naina, his batchmate enters in his life. And he gets to know another phase of life called Love. Both of there lives are turned upside down as Dhruv tells Naina about her medical condition. Will he be able to sustain his love and friendship or just "Go with the Flow".
