This book is an output of the research conducted in Multi-speciality & Super-speciality Hospitals of Hyderabad with an aim of finding how Total Quality Management Practices can affect the Organizational Performance of the Hospitals. It utilizes MBNQA(Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award) criteria to identify the various TQM Practices. It also highlights how these practices differ from one Hospital to the other. Based on the findings of the research, various suggestions are thus provided.

Dr Syeda Amtul Mahaboob
Dr Syeda Amtul Mahaboob is a researcher and an academician. Before completing her PhD in management from Maulana Azad National Urdu University she completed her Masters in Business Management (M.B.A) from Human Resources and Marketing Management from Osmania University and served in Shadan Women’s College of Engineering and Technology (Department of M.B.A.) as an assistant professor. She has taught various subjects like Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Statistics for Management, Supply Chain Management, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Managerial Economics and Total Quality Management. Recently she acquired her Ph.D. in management from Maulana Azad National Urdu University. She attended several workshops and presented papers in various seminars and conferences. She has also published many research papers in UGC Listed journals. Currently, she is serving the journal “Review of Research- a peer-reviewed journal” as a reviewer.
