Charles William Bhaskara Rao is born as a fifth child in an orthodox Christian family. His parents Sri. Vajram and Srimathi. Kanakamma worked as government teachers and slept in the Lord.       Dr.Bhaskara Rao did his M.A.,(English Literature) at Andhra University, Visakhapatnam and started his career as a Lecturer in English at the age of 22 years. In1977,the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission selected him as a Group 1 Gazetted Officer on merit basis. As a Christian, he worked as a district level officer in different districts of Andhra Pradesh and retired from government service on 31st December 2003 as a state level Grade 1 Gazetted Officer.       Dr.Bhaskara Rao's wife Srimathi. Kamala pushpam is the daughter of Reverend. Boddu. Israel. She is an M.A.,B.Ed.,and worked as Headmistress in PSM.Municipal Girls' High school ,Bhimavaram. They are blessed with four children-sons Suresh and Surendra settled as Engineers and daughters Suneetha, a double postgraduate, settled as a Housewife and Surekha, also a double postgraduate, settled as a postgraduate Teacher in English in a centenary public school.     Dr.Bhaskara Rao, with two postgraduate degrees and two doctorate degrees, is an eloquent speaker and a good writer in English and Telugu.       At present Dr.Bhaskara Rao is preaching the word of God in English and Telugu in different Churches.
