We often wonder what makes up the identity of a human being. From experience and observations, I can say that there are 5 aspects that define the life and identity of a being: food, home, love, friends, and they themselves. These different aspects make each one us different. This book is an attempt to use fun, mainstream and experimental pieces in defining those 5 pillars and showing how varied everyone's takeaways can be in the same situation.

Speak is an anthology of poems on mental health that intends to make the society we live in, know that talking about mental health problems is okay. This attempt by 22 poets from across India is aimed at making their own struggles or of people around dealing with mental problems heard. While people may still not understand these journeys after reading their poems, they just want to make sure that people are aware of the fact that such journeys exist too.
