This model constitution consists of Preamble and 24 Articles in 18 Parts; founded on two basic principles of natural justice: Every citizen shall have right to basic needs of survival; every person domiciled in the Nation shall have right to enjoy deserving status.
Part 1 (Preamble) declares 3 aims of the constitution: National integrity; international cooperation; prosperity and natural progression of life. Any act injurious to life in current and/or future time planes is forbidden. Every citizen is open to equal opportunities. Basic needs are conditionally provided as fundamental rights to the deprived citizens. Part 5 stipulates fundamental duties to the essential minimum and the sentence for neglect. Directive principles (Part 6) and Preamble stipulate the limits for legislation. Part 7 describes formation and duration of Parliaments. Every contestant must be qualified by majority nominations by citizens. Government revenue/expenses shall be accounted for to the source/consumer territories (Part 11). Part 12 describes the Judiciary and procedures. People’s Court is the highest in the hierarchy of judiciary. Property disputes are decided by the Municipalities on government records. Types and utility of public revenue are described in Part 14. People working for the governments are accountable for their acts. And, Part 18 stipulates limits for media and publications.
