End The Mental Stigma

I have been working for the last few years but I was not satisfied, it was not the work but I was looking for something that actually satisfies my soul. It will look unreasonable but the reality was this that I was actually looking for something genuine and honest. Years were passing by and I was just switching from one place to another. My body was contributing but my soul was missing. I wanted to say so many things but nobody wanted to listen to me because I was young and I didn’t have any degrees to flaunt, so I remained quiet. Remaining silent in my peer group and in my workplace, what time was teaching me I didn’t know, I wanted to say so many things but was not sure about what to say and with whom I say. Then when I started staying alone, I read a lot and watched so many videos and podcasts on self help to motivate myself then I slowly became a life coach but still there was something missing. Somehow I got interested in knowing my own mental health issues on the internet, then I studied more and more on mental health. What I concluded after listening and reading about mental health is that, people are talking about mental health but missing some minor points. Then I thought that I would do research on people suffering from mental illness. I completed my research and published a book with my conclusions. I received appreciation from so many people, that appreciation actually gave me confidence to take a step forward, then I thought of recording my interviews on video and made a few minutes documentary on mental health. Still people were impressed with my work and appreciated me and they were the people working in the mental health sector for so long. First time in all my working years, I was happy from within. After that everything just changed and I made documentaries one after another because they seemed minor topics but that awareness was actually missing. True and honest awareness on mental health actually became my passion and I converted it into my earning source also. Now I am waiting to take a step forward into this and soon I will share my next step with our mental health industry.
