Fourteen years old misanthrope and ghost enthusiast, Ananya goes
to her grandparents' in Gangolihat every year during summer
vacation. She loves the place and her crazy cousins, Rakshit and
Roma from the bottom of her heart but during this visit of hers, her
cousins have transformed completely and would not play or enjoy
with her as they used to do. Poor Ananya is bored to tears until she
finds this village girl, also named Ananya in some strange place
where she never had been before. The village girl is quite like a
mystery for Ananya, the way she disappears suddenly, her over
helpful nature and not- feeling-cold- thing. But keeping in mind what
incidents took place during her one week spent in Gangolihat, the
oddball village girl is the sanest thing in the list.
When Ananya's father declares that they had to leave due to an
emergency in his company, Ananya pays one last visit to the
village girl to bid her goodbye. Well, the village girl reveals her
actual reality at last. As all the mysteries begin to unfold, Ananya
also has to fight for her life, the very life that she once used to
detest. Alas! Even though she tries her best, she is unable to
re-exchange her life with Ananya...but still gets it back. Ananya
understands the importance of her life, family and friends. But the
question remains.. How?
