I believe that values work inside of us to influence everything around us. Once we understand ourselves better, we are able to live a better version of our lives, our healing is accelerated and we have more gratitude.
Always having been curious of my purpose in life and having battled existential questions for as long as I can remember, I now try to find happiness in the little things in life. Practicing daily meditation and mindfulness definitely helps!
A few months into the lockdown, I began working on a project close to my heart. This project turned into a 130-page book titled 'Me Time: My Quarantine Journal'. This is the book I wish I had over those months spent in isolation, with fear and anxiety as my companions. I hope this book helps readers figure out what the pandemic really means for them as individuals, helping them navigate the world's "new normal", even post the much awaited immunization shot.
