Dr. Abhishek Tiwari lives in and operates from Indore (M.P.). He has acquired 16 years of experience, training in the areas of selling skills and other associated soft skills. He has stood on the podium for thousands of hours presenting his own research and findings - the material he has developed over the past decade by his being in the field; trying out the theories written in the book and those published for the first time in this tome. In this book, he is sharing his experience of mentoring and coaching with senior, middle and entry level sales executives coming from various domains. He has dealt with organized corporate business to business sales as well as retail sales. He has extensive experience in the field of Designing Content, Induction Programs and rolling out various Employee Engagement initiatives for Quality Improvement. He has developed stimulating workshops that are delivered in a conference room, on the floor or on the outdoors. He also has a few e-Learning modules and Learning Games to his credit.
He is a dual PhD. holder and a management graduate from Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management studies with substantial years of experience in selling banking and finance products. Dr. Abhishek has served as Regional Training Manager (Delhi) in ICICI Bank Ltd. and the experience includes setting up of Sales Training Academy, Branch Banking workshops, Cross functional Trainings, Branch Leadership Programs and Behavioural training.
Dr. Abhishek is an internationally certified training professional. He has done T-Dip (Diploma in training & development) from ISTD, New Delhi. He is also an accredited "Professor" (Degree conferred by one of the renowned banks in India). The author is certified as Vocational Assessor Qualification awarded by Ed-Excel (U.K.). Abhishek has done comprehensive work in the sales skills training domain including Training Need Identification and content development for various companies, products and brands. He has conducted numerous open workshops and seminars in 116 different cities of India including leading cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Noida, Kolkata, Chennai, Gurgaon, Goa, Indore, Pune to name a few and at international levels in Oman, Dubai, Bhutan, Kenya, Turkey, Canada, France etc.
