Ltd, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) . He opted volunteer retirement from the routine job on June 7th 2021 @ age of 61 years. 
 He has total 42 years of rich industry experience which includes, Eicher Motors, Escorts Limited, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Auto Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), Rockman Industries Limited (A Hero Group of Companies) & Oswal Castings Pvt. Limited at various leading positions. He also held Board of Directors position in Rockman. His area of work primarily has been Quality, New Product Development, Business Excellence, HR and Operations. 
Dr. Arvind Gupta is known for his systematic approach and the effective leadership style. He had also helped many component industries in India to improve their quality and productivity levels significantly through his past organization, ACMA. He led Rockman Industry as Director Operations and taken its top line growth from 700 crores to 2200 crores (300% growth), single plant to multiple plants at various geographical locations and single customer to multi customers organization, which also includes exports, in his total tenures of 10 years. Dr. Gupta is also a proud author of a book, named “5S- The Way of Life”, which has been dedicated to his past company, ACMA, for the benefit of industry and the society at large. This has also been recognized by Honorable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narender Modi.  Dr. Gupta is very passionate to his work and love to take any challenge, whatsoever comes on the way. He enjoys nature, mentoring people and travelling with his family on holidays.
