She sat on an enormous boulder and looked at Gayu who was full of joys of spring while swinging with roots and was shouting jubilantly.“Gayu don't shout dear,” said Kusum because her keen ear caught the echoes of Gayu's sound. In this trio, Kusum was thirteen years old, Abhay was eleven years old and Gayu's age was five. Kusum saw big ant hill near the boulder and was shocked and got up from there. It frightened her and she felt the heart beats of her and moved back but she heard Abhay and turned towards him.
