Alassane Dembele was born in Mali where he studied from primary school to high school. He received his basic education in both Islamic and secular in Mali. He continued his higher education in the United States, in various subjects such as accounting, finance and auditing at secular universities. Then he pursued his religious studies in Usul al-Deen in Islamic universities (Jameya), later deepened his knowledge in Islamic finance and international monetary system.
