Often we focus on how we think about, influence, and relate to one another. Many times we think that why the same person will act differently in different situations. When explaining other’s behavior, we underestimating the effect of the situation and overestimating the effects of personality but when explaining our own behavior, we more readily attribute it to the effect of the situation.
