Dr. Banashree Bardalai is an educationist for the last 24 years, dealing with young adults. She has a brilliant academic career, as a gold medallist in her Master's programme and has conducted a number of teacher training conclaves for the upcoming educationists. She has been a great motivator for our young generation and has helped them to perceive their individual visions in life. She has a number of articles to her credit, exploring different elixir's of life and guiding people in finding their true goals.
She has always enjoyed being a part of nature as most of her childhood was spent amidst the natural environment, being the daughter of a forest officer and the later part saw her exploring the greenery of the tea estates as the wife of a tea estate manager. She strongly feels that the bounties of nature can actually guide one to understand the essence of the human life. According to her, it is not the conditioning of 'survival of the fittest', but the focus of 'live and let live', which helps every individual to grow well. This mantra of life actually made her become a guide for the young adults who are in need of empathy and direction, as they are getting over burdened both academically and emotionally.
