Dilip Patel did his Electrical Engineering from Sardar Patel University, and PGD in Aircraft Design at IIT (Madras). After serving Hindustan Aeronautics Limited for a few years he set up, and jointly ran an engineering industry successfully for over 25 years. Recognising the counselling and training prowess within, he changed the tracks.
