Hussein has enormous experience in the development of various policy instruments
including the National Waste Management Reduce, Reuse and Recycling (3Rs) Guidelines,
The Extended Producer Responsibility Guideline (EPR) and National Environmental Master
Plan for Strategic Intervention (2022-2032).
 
Hussein has been working as an urban management expert on several national and international Organizations.
