Joel was born in Osu-Accra, Ghana, on the west coast of Africa, about five decades ago. He received his secondary and university education in Ghana, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the Regional Maritime University. Joel was born in Osu-Accra, Ghana, on the west coast of Africa, about five decades ago. He received his secondary and university education in Ghana, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the Regional Maritime University. His passion for continuous learning propelled him to pursue several courses in safety, cybersecurity, and AI. Though trained in a technical field, Joel’s enduring passion has always been the knowledge of God and the study of His Word.
 
Driven by this calling, Joel pursued formal theological training at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, where he is working toward a Master of Arts in Religion with a concentration in Theology. His academic journey reflects a rare combination of analytical thinking and deep spiritual inquiry. Joel has traveled extensively across the globe, which has afforded him experiences that have broadened his worldview and enriched his understanding of faith and the different cultures of the world. He is also a keen follower of global affairs. Currently, he works and resides in the Middle East (UAE). He has been happily married for over twenty-two years and is blessed with a beautiful daughter and three sons. In his leisure time, Joel enjoys traveling and reading, both of which continue to shape his lifelong pursuit of learning, faith, and purpose.
